History
Advanced Technology Corporation (ATC) was formed in 1984 as a software development company specializing customizable software. The company has specialized in veterinary medicine and diagnostic laboratories since 1989 and markets its products under the trademark name Vetstar® and Vadds® with clients across the globe!
Our products have become the market leader among veterinary teaching institutions in the United States. In addition to teaching institutions, our clients include private animal hospitals of all sizes and specialties, as well as, state and university animal diagnostic laboratories. ATC prides itself on being an innovator in the industry with a long list of advancements that have enhanced veterinary medicine. This is a collaborative effort between ATC and its clients, many of which have been using Vetstar since the 1980’s.
Today, our applications have the widest and most diverse veterinary client base in the world. Our clients routinely share information and ideas between themselves.

Elaine Bergamini started at ATC in 2007. Since her start, Elaine has championed the VADDS product line. Elaine’s experience and knowledge of the diagnostic lab industry has allowed her to make recommendations as to the best way to set up the database and work flow modifications to achieve a more productive and efficient laboratory. Elaine’s experience and knowledge of the diagnostic lab industry has allowed her to make recommendations as to the best way to set up the database and work flow modifications to achieve a more productive and efficient laboratory. As the VADDS product manager Elaine has successfully implemented dozens of labs around the world.
Extensive exposure in the large laboratory environment has also allowed Elaine to better handle and overcome difficult situations, consistently finding creative and efficient solutions to the problems she encounters.
As a project manager, Elaine has received the highest accolades and is consistently praised for her attention to detail and ability to accomplish the projects set before her.
